Project Managers

Interactive map with all relative and standardized data and layers that can be used remotely in the field from anywhere internet can be accessed.

Real time maps and data showing entire project(s) overview, statistics, progress, and detailed information and documentation for every specific aspect of all field and gas operations including lease plays, seismic operations, well drilling, gathering systems / pipeline, etc.

User friendly means to illustrate and produce accurate information about any area(s) of interest to upper management, sub contractors, regulatory government agencies, joint venture partners, etc.

Production Planners / Senior Landmen

Interactive viewer with project related GIS map layers and information that will allow senior landmen to scan project areas and view critical aspects of selecting well placement sites, storage facilities, existing and potential access routes in association with mass freight transit routes, etc.

Engineers (pipeline, well, road etc.)

Ability to plan / engineer projects using an interactive map and data viewer that allows the engineer to view affected owners / properties and their related history as well as topographic information, aerial photography, existing infrastructure, and access routes.

Future tools will allow pipeline engineers to draw potential routes directly into NLIS that will simultaneously feed back all hydraulic simulation information and cost estimations for each pipeline segment along the entire route including the ability to quickly generate alternate routes, well locations, scopes of work, plans for construction access, etc.

Leasing / Title Personnel / Field Project Managers

Landmen can view lease play project area and current status of all mineral tracts, identified lease holds, and geographic location meshed with roads for easy tracking and navigation.

Database Operators and Field Mappers can use NLIS to QC project area and correct any missed errors in data or maps as well as easily produce maps and illustrations to secure regulatory permits, corporate permits and/or leases.

Field Project Managers can track and manage all field agents lending more efficiency to prioritize lease plays, seismic and pipeline operations, etc.

Permitting Surface / Minerals

Permit agents and permit coordinators can identify both surface and mineral tracts within a project area as well as land / mineral owner information to efficiently determine how each tract / owner will be affected by proposed source points and receiver points.

Field personnel will have instant access to all collected information and documented historical records and status of each tract that pertains to the work being done.

Bird Dogs can easily and efficiently verify correct properties for crew access in conjunction with operations that violate conditions of signed permits using scanned copies of the supporting physical permits.

Survey / Hazard / Drills / Recorders

Survey chiefs can coordinate all crews and survey operations by easily viewing the entire project area to zoom in to specific areas of interest along with all permit information and documentation associated with every tract including the permit agent, land owner information, status, conditions associated with each tract as well as aerial photography and topo background layers, pre / post plots, and sources or receiver points that lay on each tract.

Drill supervisors can view post plot information and current drill progress to better plan day to day drill operations and allow seismic crews to work more efficiently by easily locating problematic areas.

Recorders can identify areas that are permitted and associated terrain to efficiently identify the equipment needed to lay cables, shoot shot holes, record data, pick up cables, locate LZ's, etc.

Survey and Construction Inspectors can problem solve all issues during the survey, re-routing, and all preliminary work done on all pipelines and right of way projects eliminating potential hazards or costs by having real time maps available with contour lines, aerial photography, and all other layers.

Accounts Payable

Ability to remotely access and track all outgoing checks for damages, seismic compensation, easement purchases, lease purchases, royalty payments, in addition to visually matching check information to land / mineral owner information while viewing all supporting documentation through scanned PDF's.

Project Record:

The maps and data stored in NLIS can be saved in the same operational format for viewing at any time and used at a later date for future or adjoining projects.
